The Phoenix Dehumidifiers Rental R175 combines our Proven Performance into a compact, state of the art, roto-mold design. The R175 reflects all the ingenuity and engineering expertise that is expected in Phoenix name-brand equipment.

Efficient design results in the R175 removing 30% more water (92 pints at AHAM) than competitive LGR units of similar size, while drawing only 6.3 amps of power. The Phoenix reputation for performance is continued in the R175’s excellent grain depression and operating range. To avoid mildew and mould growth, it’s strongly recommended after a flood to do a proper water extraction by the use of portable or truck-mounted machines, and to use air movers to dry out a property in addition to dehumidifiers.

Like every Phoenix, the R175 features effective air filtration with a pleated media MERV-7 filter standard (optional MERV-11 is available). Multiple ducting options are available with 12-inch intake duct tabs on the lid and a wire duct collar for 10-inch lay-flat duct. The outlet grill is configured to accept a variety of thermo-hygrometer probes (e.g. Vaisala, Humiport, etc.) for taking accurate psychrometric readings. The 20-foot power cord and 33-foot condensate hose store conveniently inside the hinged stainless steel lid.
